A bully is nothing more then someone who has such low self esteem that they have to verbally or physically attack someone, who they view as being "weak" ,"different", or whatever label that they decide to put on the other person, to make themselves look important to their friends, they seldom if ever act out unless there is an audience, so the victim is embarrassed and the bullies friends can think that they are cool. The friends of the bully say nothing because they do not want to be on the receiving end of the abuse.

Sorry to disappoint you but the Oregon Drivers Manual from 2010-2011 states on page 77 under Pedestrians Generally, pedestrians have the right of way at all intersections. There is a crosswalk at every intersection, even if it is not marked by painted lines. To determine where an unmarked crosswalk is, imagine that the sidewalk or shoulder at the corner extends across the road and meets the sidewalk or shoulder on the other side. By law, the area included in the unmarked crosswalk is not less than six feet wide and exists even if there is no sidewalk or shoulder. Drivers must not block the crosswalk when stopped at a red light. Do not stop with any portion of your vehicle overhanging the crosswalk area. Blocking a crosswalk forces pedestrians to go around your vehicle, and puts them in a dangerous situation. You must stop and remain stopped for a pedestrian crossing at a crosswalk (marked or unmarked)

Totally agree with you on this. Looked it up on wikipedia and this is what I found. "In July 2007, new forensic evidence was presented, including evidence that none of the DNA collected at the crime scene matched the defendants, but did match Terry Hobbs, the stepfather of one of the victims, as well as a friend of Hobbs' whom he had been with on the day of the murders. there wasn't any DNA evidence that linked these 3 to the crime scene, however there was DNA evidence that linked the step father of on one of the children and his friend to the scene.

If every adult who has worn a costume on Halloween, had a pictures of themselves taken and then posted said picture on Facebook or emailed them to friends and co-workers were forced to resign their postions, think how high the unemployment rate would be then.
