<description>lose the top photo of the cooling towers at a nuclear plant.  That is not a greenhouse gas coming from them unless you want to include water vapor (steam) in greenhouse gases.  that will probalby be next.  Only been doing air quality work since 1987 so don&amp;#039;t know if I am qualified to talk about anything here (after all I haven&amp;#039;t written a book) but hey EPA bring on the 100 ton limit. I can retire happy in a couple of years.  Would be a couple of years of working 24/7 but the rewards.   </description>
