Does this mean that we are setting The Toast free to rule a ferocious pack of she-wolves? I guess I'm ok with that.

YES, this! I have become increasingly unimpressed with Bernie as the primary season has wore on, and there haven't been many Hillary safe spaces on the internet at large.

I love your point about Aromaleigh! I love them too and feel a great affinity for them, and this sums it up so well.

I was unbelievably tickled to find that my resting heart rate of 60 puts me right on the edge of being a "well-trained athlete."

Copy/paste of what I said to mkmorrow:

Absolutely! I got the Charge HR because I was most interested in it for the heart rate tracking. I prefer weight lifting over cardio and I like being able to see just how hard I'm working while I'm lifting. The monitor is also helpful for visualizing my anxiety - I can see exactly what my heart rate is doing when I'm coming on an anxiety attack. It also tracks sleep, which I'm not sure all of the other Fitbits do. So I can see how long I spent asleep, and how many times I was awake or restless and for how long. It's also got the step and stairs tracking and a calorie estimate, which may or may not be accurate but I don't worry too much about that. You can also tie it in to MyFitnessPal if you track food, and you can log exercise and water intake. All in all it's a really nifty little gadget and a great way to keep tabs on my activity and what my body is doing. Also it shames me into walking on weekends!

I justify this by reminding myself that since I don't use cream or sugar, it's not like the mug is getting sticky or gross.

Actually also a Fitbit Charge HR, which I bought last week and LOVE, and a Free People dress that was $50 at Burlington that I was eyeing last time I was there and pulled the trigger on today.
