How to really interpret the apology.
"I really, really, REALLY hate Sarah Palin and all things associated with her, but I usually have the minimum sense to keep from yelling out my true feelings in public. But that night I was drunk and unable to filter out how I really feel, and for that I am sorry."

He isn't sorry about saying those things, he is sorry he is in the spotlight now. I am sure his experiences over the last week pale in comparison to what he has been confederate in heaping upon the Palin family. Just goes to show the quality of people the Palins are.

“Looking back on them, with one or two very minor exceptions, I wouldn’t have cast any of them any differently, even if I had known at the time they were going to cost me my career,” he continued.

That my friends says it all; Senatorial Service was never meant to be a "Career".

Randy, have you ever been to NJ? You would like to think it's all greasy Italians, but its not. I lived for a few years in Newark, East Orange, and Elizabeth NJ. I can state unequivocally that in those areas, all the students are black and to a lesser extent, Hispanic. The only black people there that were happy and optimistic were the immigrants from Africa and the West Indies, and that only because NJ was a huge upgrade from where they came from. Another huge contrast is the fact that there are more Cubans in one square mile of Union City than there are in all of Havana Cuba. It is a predominantly "minority" population there. Like most, if not all, conservatives, I want all people to succeed (see Rush's CPAC speech from 2009). Teachers Unions do not want the students to succeed; They want money. Plain and simple!

If they tax tanning booths, then sunblock should be free, right?

Fine, its from a sitcom, but in the same way the repetitive use of "tea bagger" irks me, the use of a violent horrible crime as a name is stupid.
But I guess I fell for it.

Analrapist...
Really? Anal Rapist?
That's quaint, and oh so trustworthy.
Hey everybody, lets listen to a rapist. Even a libtard has to see the stupidity in that.
Then again, I go by turd...
but at least I am no rapist.

True, Mormons are both left and right of the spectrum. Sadly, Prince Harry is Mormon. From what I understand, he is a caring and helpful person on a personal level, he just has his head screwed on wrong when it comes to national politics (and many other things I am sure). Look on the bright side though, me and TrueBlue are both Mormon as was Ezra Taft Benson, former sec. of Agriculture who gave this speech:

The Majority of us stand and fight for personal freedom and responsibility as it is a main tenet of what we believe.

He did raise a ton of money, and to make sure it gets used the most efficiently, it should be given to support the Military Operations over there. Or to a group that uses 100% of donations for the relief effort. None of this 10% is used for overhead cost and paying the chief organizers BS.

Just read this in an article from yahoo sports writer Dan Wetzel. It made me laugh, although it may not have particular bearing on this discussion.
UFC star and former WWE star Brock Lesnar about falling ill while in Canada:
"He wasn’t excited about his Canadian medical care, comparing it to “a third world country” where he couldn’t get any treatment."
He almost died up there from diverticulitis. He was saved when he made it back to ND in excruciating pain and received quality care at hospital there.

We do not want government run health care!!!

The End
