1) Caps for campaign fund raising based on the office level. 2) Candidates for all federal offices should take a video recorded oral exam on the constitution and American heritage that will be posted on the web for viewing. (Maybe start with the citizenship exam.) 3) More than two parties: a. Allow the primaries and final elections to be a flat candidate vote (not party related). b. The top three vote getters qualify for the final election unless there is a tie allowing more than three candidates. 4) Term limits (only one term for any office): -President - 6 yrs. -Senate - 4 yrs. -House of Rep. - 5 yrs. -Supreme Court - 20 yrs. with a staggered rotation per judge. 5) Presidential line item veto. 6) Departments that exist in States (i.e. Education) can not have federal laws that over rule the states law. 7) No income tax. Establish a flat tax on purchases. 8) Federal tax rate cannot exceed the tax rate of the state with the lowest taxes. 9) A 5 day minimum online posting of bills before congress votes. (Ironically this was Obama's idea.) 10) Any executive law or case law must be submitted and approved by congress before instated.
