I'm glad to see the Marshalls get hauked in to court and have to lose their drivers lisences for their crime. I KNEW the victim personally from Good Neighbor Cafe at Kentwood Community Church and she was very gracious to everybody. I ALSO knew one of her sisters where I go to Church. One of her sisters is married to one of my dads friends relatives so that leaves me all the more devasted. She did not deserve this! I hope the Marshalls get prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I ALSO HOPE the Wevers and the Smiths(Jan's immediate side of the family) get to sue the Marshalls out of house and home and leave the Marshalls TOTALLY MONEY BROKE! THEY DESERVE IT! I'm waiting for the Marshalls trial and hope they get prosecuted for their crime of killing an innocent victim. Too much injustice has been done and those of us who knew Jan want justice brought. Being a victim of circumstances myself makes me all the more angry about it and all the more reason for me to want the Marshalls prosecuted. Stop the selective enforcement game and giving special privelages to people just because they administrative positions somewhere when it envolves public safety and killing innocent victims. I had a few relatives come to Michigan from Minnesota claiming that living conditions are better in Michigan than in Minnesota. Some farmers from Minnesota came here to open Plating Factories for better pay and easier work. The farmers my dad knew envied the big city boys. The Factories are really a breeze by comparison of the Farms. Although Plating has proven to be a health and environmental hazard(worse than and worse smelling than smoking) Farm animals smell even WORSE THAN PLATING FACTORIES. I KNOW! I worked with some at a Carnival. Some Iowa Farmers even came to work in some of the Factories in Michigan for the same reason Minnesota Farmers came here to open Plating Factories. If a guy kills somebody with his car he should AUTOMATICALLY GO TO JAIL REGARDLESS OF WHAT CAUSED IT! The victim is dead just the same no matter what caused the accident, alchohol or NO alchohol! What difference does it make if it's alcohohol or medication or just plain recklessness or carelessness? I think it's TOTALLY GOMPAS to let him back out of jail just because the cause of it has not been determined. He took innocent victim's life

I knew the victim of the car pedestrian accident of April 17 at Good Neighbor Cafe at Kentwood Community Church. She was really wonderful and we miss her. I ALSO know one of her sisters from where I go to Church. Her sister is married to one of my dad's friend's relatives so all the more reason I feel devastated by it. I HOPE THE SUSPECT GETS PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
