The Dev Team use Macs. They always have. There has never been a deviation at all-ever. They periodically put out a tool here and there for windows but far between as you can see. Their main purpose is to HACK THE IPHONE, not write code for windows. We MAC users never get a direct answer from the team to questions asked in here so why should you?
