utterly shocking. Yet ANOTHER neighbor who could have saved a life, didn't do it because... umm... I don't really know. What is wrong with them? Afraid to get involved? Afraid to be wrong??? I never hesitate to call the police if something seems wrong. My neighbors can feel secure in that. With that murder suicide in Oregon recently, the neighbor did the same thing.. heard screaming like a woman was being hurt.. walked outside and didn't see anything, then went to bed. I pray that my own neighbors would have enough common sense to call 911 if they hear that kind of crying or screaming.

i have no problem judging a lowlife that would leave her little children, one is a BABY, in a shed next to a house frequented by homeless people. Sorry.. no excuse in the world. I have no interest in helping her... the children, however, should be raised in a good home.

they can only do that with funding... like the gang task force and eradication funding that keeps getting cut so billionaires can have their tax breaks. Seriously. It is political. There is a reason why crime is spiking... and it's budgetary.
