The Codis Database I'll concede may or maynot hold any personal info but IT does have a record # that is stored on a computer that links back to your personal info also stored on a computer, and knowing how SECURE these computers are, after the last 4 gazillion names and SS # were stolen off of so called secure computer's .that makes me feel so much better

''Mark's of the mind that the state should be allowed to collect DNA from people arrested on suspicion of crimes like shoplifting, or driving with a suspended license."
The Gov starts out doing something someone thinks is a good idea and the eventually it gets totaly out of hand.

"The DNA profile generated nationwide for upload into the CODIS (Combined DNA Index System) Database does NOT include ANY information regarding physical characteristics, except male/female."

Thats a load of crock,so what you are saying is that IF they arrest you on "Suspicion" of Dui or Shoplifting or some other minor stuff they are only going to take your DNA and not you licence # and date of birth and height and age and name and address>>>>>>>????? Pull the other one mate.
