Who is Timothy West? : Bloggin whilst flying

Thanks George i think its also great but i must admit i have become so used the takeoffs that its probably not as exciting as it used to be.. i think what would be cool would be to some how strap oneself to the back of the plane with a pair of roller blades.. or in a cart and then go along with it as it takes off.. and as long as you were far enough away from the exhaust heat and fumes it could work.. sounds like one of those sill stories you hear in true or false toilet reading books.. keep well and have a great christmas..

Who is Timothy West? : Kitesurfing Diani Beach Near Nomads

hey i was using a 17.5 meter slingshot machine but i am pretty big... 95kg.. what weight are you as it depends on that... i would say that it varies but if its windy its about max 20knot but no more its usually about 15 -17 knots... but can be an idle 13 knots... so for the lights winds a 15- 17 meter and for the windier days i would suggest at a 12 meter... i have a nice 12 meter flexi foil atom 08 that was great when it was about 17 knots... but could have done with a few more knots... as when it dropped to about 15 it was a bit of a strugle... you will very rarely need anything smaller than a 12 meter to be honest. hope that helps... i might be out there too.. if i can help some more if you need some kite gear then let me know..
