Contact your senators and reps now! Tell them behavior modification taxes are not constitutional and to repeal the current behavior modification taxes now!

The government does not have the authority to try to change our behavior via taxation laws!

No smoking. No drinking alcohol. Now it's no drinking soda pop. Next it'll be no drinking fruit juice. (Fruit juice is loaded with sugar, you know. Diabetes patients hear about it from their docs.) No trans fats in some areas. What about fried meats & snack cakes? What will the government consider taxing next to keep us from enjoying it? They say it's all for our own good, but let US decide what is best for US. How about simply requiring labels, so that I can CHOOSE to avoid transgenetically modified organisms in my food. Let ME make my OWN choices!

THE CONSTITUTION DOES NOT GIVE THE GOVERNMENT THE AUTHORITY TO PUNISH US FOR OUR FOOD CHOICES.

How about the government ban all pre- and extra-marital sex and homosexual sex? How about the government require fidelity to spouses and monogamy? We could eliminate STDs! But the gov't can't because the Constitution doesn't give them the authority!

Can you tell I'm sick and tired of the gov't running roughshod over our liberties?
