Like the &amp;quot;cash for clunkers&amp;quot; debacle, they insist that we continue to bury ourselves in personal debt in order to feed the economy.   I understand that government can&amp;#039;t be the only one spending in this depressed economic period, but these mini-bailouts to the very industries that got in this problem are getting to be very annoying. Where are our fiscal conservatives? </description>
