I live near a HS football stadium and we know that during the late summer (marching band practice) and Fall it is going to be noisy, busy and we'll have the stadium lights on late into the evening. We knew that when we bought the house and decided it was fine, we'd deal. The homeowners, however, do have a right to expect that the vendors would pitch in someway to cover the cost of cleanup - that is only fair.
