I do not "claim" that illegals abuse welfare ( WIC included) I KNOW they do. I also know that those who live in Tijuana bring their kids to the United States to go to school. They use addresses of relatives or friends who live in the U.S. There are classrooms for the children who don't speak english. They are given free lunch. This has been going on FOR DECADES. Any politician who claims ignorance about this is full of it. As usual, govornment is part of the problem.
