I doubt that the publication of an incorrect phone number was accidental. They really don't want to hear about how pathetic they are. The whole FasTracks project is a fiasco. How can the south projects get completed and the north projects are left without any funding when we all have been paying taxes for these projects? RTD has lost all credibility and trust. They will never again be able to pass any sort of tax increase for their projects because people don't trust them for good reason. If we want any sort of mass transit we will need to do it with another organization.

I agree. If the town board is so divisive it is due to Wilson's lack of leadership and polarizing nature. Firing the town administrator was something that the board was not in agreement on, and likely began the mistrust. All of the major improvements to Erie - the rec. center, library, ball parks, biking trails, etc. were built before Wilson - when Moore was Mayor.

In the past two weeks Xcel has applied to the PUC for a 142 million dollar rate hike http://www.denverpost.com/business/ci_19550723 and now they want another 16.5 million dollars from rate payers for a system that was only supposed to cost 15 million total when first approved. The total cost of the program is actually 45 million - three times the original estimate. Everything that Xcel does validates the decision by Boulder voters to proceed with the possibility of forming a municipal utility.

"The frank is the facsimile signature of a Senator in corner of an envelope that takes the place of a stamp and authorizes sending official material through the domestic mail without prepayment of postage." As you can see - the frank allows a Senator to send domestic mail without prepayment of postage. It is to be used for official government business - not for Christmas wishes whether incidental or not. Here is the list of frankable mail according to the same site: "Matters of public concern and Congressional actions Official newsletters and press releases Questionnaires seeking public opinion Mail between D.C. and state office Mail to other Members of Congress and all other legislators Congratulations on a public distinction Federal regulations or federal publications containing general information Nonpartisan voter registration or election information Biographical material or pictures in federal publications or in direct response Whole or part of the Congressional Record Public service material (created with government appropriated funds) Seeds and agricultural reports" I don't see Christmas cards listed..... Again - if congressmen want to send Christmas greetings, they can certainly do so with their own personal funds. No one is restricting them from doing this.
