Toronto Election News : Rocco Rossi's Sympatico Spam

Thanks for the comment , John. A few points. Firstly, TEN didn't call it spam, the author of the blog did. We try to reflect what they say, not what we think. Secondly, as you likely saw in the ensuing conversation, many define "spam" as an unsolicited e-mail. Whether these Sympatico subscribers opted into communications from Bell, they didn't explicitly ask to receive info from Rossi. In some people's books, that is "spam".

Toronto Election News : Di Matteo: Rob Ford No Superhero

There\\\'s no question we here at TEN have taken some heat in featuring content from NOW. But Di Matteo is a long-time city hall beat reporter who is also a featured panelist on radio and TV. So, his columns may indeed be biased - but many columnists in other publications are equally slanted.

Toronto Election News : Goldsbie: The Last Straw For This Giambrone Supporter

Hi Matt: That change has been made. For your edification, by "honcho" I meant "dude", as in he is affiliated in some way with your publication. However, I took a look at my trusty online dictionary and it also means "leader" or "manager". So that has been changed. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
