West Ham Till I Die : Vote: Player Performances v Middlesbrough

That was absolutely diablolical. We play the long ball, but are no even good at it! Our movement off the ball is absolutely non-existent. Clearly playing Maynard on the right is a ridiculous idea. Like Baldock, he is a penalty box striker. Nolan's performance was of usual poor standard, and the change to bring on Carew and Collison was a very poor idea. I personally am fed up of Allardyce talking about us creating loads of chances- am I missing something but I saw very few chances created tonight? The quality of football is completely absymal, and its easy to ee where Allardyce gets his reputation from. We need him out. I can't help but think if we had a forward and attack minded coach, like an Adkins or Poyet, we would score a lot more goals and win more matches. I personally cannot wait until Allardyce leaves. Am absolutely dreading Reading!

West Ham Till I Die : Home Form: Are We to Blame?

The atmosphere last night was disappointing, and there was a huge outbreak of frustration when Faubert lashed that shot over the bar. I think as a crowd we need to make much more noise- there were so few songs sang at last nights game. That said I thought the atmosphere fitted the performance. All these long balls and really cheap possession frustrates the crowd, which makes the job worse on the pitch.

Great post Iain. Thanks for all your hard work. Really loved the interview- thought it showed that our owners are good people doing their best for the club. Keeping running the site as it is- its a really good balanced site, where everyone can express their views in a fair way.

Hi Iain, Great that you have arranged an interview with David Sullivan. I would love to know: 1. Who will buy the remaining 35% of the club from the bank. 2. How high our debt is currently 3. Our chances of moving to the Olympic Stadium 4. Plans for Squad strengthening if we go up. 5. What we will do if Sam Allardyce wants the England job. Thanks for all your hard work on the site.

Do people think that the owners are being totally unrealistic in terms of the offers they are putting in. I mean £2.5m for Sordell and Rodriguez will never ever be accepted. It seems like we are bidding for players with no intention of actually signing them.

West Ham Till I Die : A Reason To Rethink The Olympic Stadium Move?

What I want is proper consultation with the fans. They need to openly debate with us over the issue. There has never been so far any concerted effort to discuss the Olympic move with us. I have no problems leaving Upton Park, but if we are to leave it must be for a better venue. The OS is not a better stadium than Upton Park- it will not bring us a true home or better football experience.

I believe the Olympic Stadium would be a disaster for us. In case any of you are not entirely sure, the distance between the pitch and stands is massive- up to 50 metres. That just would not work for West Ham. We deserve our own stadium, that is ours and owned by us. We need to either redevelop Upton Park, or move to a purpose built new stadium for us. This will be expensive, but once we've cleared the debt we may be in a better position to do it. I just wish the board would actually consult the fans over this.

West Ham Till I Die : Vote: Player Performances v Hull City

Allardyce has a wonderful way of keeping teams in the Premier League, so don't worry if we do go up. Looking at some of the teams in the Premier League this year, I think we could easily hold our own. I think we will get better under Sam. At the moment we are just getting results. The quality of football will improve, and by next year I think we will be more fluent, and more than capable of thriving in the Prem.

West Ham Till I Die : Results: Player Performances v Leicester

Delighted to see Mark Noble and Sam Baldock do so well and deserved. Baldock looks a class act- can score goals, pacy, energetic and hungry. I think his signing could well be Allardyce's most crucial move. If we can get a win against Bristol City on Tuesday we are in business.

Just back from the game. Was extremely disappointed by us tonight. Allardyce needs to know that you don't just kick it into the opposition box and hope, you need to pass and create opportunities. We were unbelievably poor with the ball and created bery little. Southampton ultimately deserved their win- we need better quality football if we are to win tough games like this.

Faubert really impressed me today- he gave us pace, width and balance and allowed Collison to play well in the middle. Noble played well- he plays better when Scotty is not around. Cole was great, and Taylor's set pieces are the best we've had at the club for ages. With Sam Baldock's signing, Allardyce has a difficult decision as to who to drop for the Portsmouth game?
