GREAT! If you have done so already, please re-email me because I think I might have deleted it on accident! I don't see any new emails on the subject matter.

Simple Makes : Family Qlubb

Sometimes I feel I should be like my dad and keep a notebook full of my sign-ons and passwords and such! There are a lot off communities out there. Good ones, yes, but so many! By he way, I love the photo of the interracial family! Reminds me of my own!

Simple Makes : Chinese New Year

My grandmother has a lot of superstitions relating to the New Years celebrations we do in the States, as far as eatign certain foods for luck, prosperity, and so on. It's very interesting. We (myself and my fiance) are really into Asian culture. I think I may have to celebrate Chinese New Year with the kids one year. :)

Simple Makes : Whole Wheat Rolls!

I think I'd love to try this sometime soon. I'm trying to get may family to make healthier choices (not too hard, since I'm the designated cook around here) and I think these will be a hit. Your suggestion, "Try poking a hole in a roll with your finger and sticking a cheddar cheese cube in there" is sure to win them all over! THAT sealed the deal for me! :)

Oh, wow! Thanks for this one!!! I did mocha smoothies for my niece's Hannah Montana birthday party last year and it was such a hit! I think I'll try your recipe this year, since she has especially requested that I make smoothies again! Have you had a chance to explore recipes on hungry-girl.com? They are fantastic! I think you'll enjoy! TONS of healthy drinks and entrees and snack ideas!!

That is an amazing picture! I didn't have a "Valentine's Day" so to say, but I like the ideas you posted! I experimented in the kitchen and came up with a delicious salmon fillet dish that I can't wait to try again. . .just a touch if pineapple!

Simple Makes : (Another) Change of Pace

I think it is an excellent idea! I certainly enjoyed the post about healthy meal planning! Plus, I guess if you spread it out a little, it gives your audience more time to process and savor current posts before another comes through. How are you liking the new camera, by the way?

Simple Makes : 2-Week Meal Planning

http://www.leanstrongmom.com/?p=252 I do this all the time! If I had homemade veggie pizzas the night before or meatloaf (in which case, I have unused diced bell peppers and onions left over), I throw the toppings over into some egg whites and make the ultimate omlette! Mmmmm. I also make light strawberry shortcakes (no-glaze). Use angel food cake or even the cup cakes found in the store for strawberry shortcakes that are about 120cal each. . .top with fresh strawberries (sliced) and light whip cream (~15cal/tbsp). Low-cal and scrumptious!
