I can now retract my inaccurate reporting comment made yesterday, but the lousy reporting comment still stands. Consumers stated that this is a hydro electric dam, they neither opened nor closed anything, they just let water pass through to create electricity. Consumers saw an increase of around 70% in flow from upstream, and it passed through the dam. Anyone watching the radar Friday night could see this area was getting hit with a lot of rain. Thumbs down to everyone for this fiasco, and thumbs down to Woodtv for lousy inaccurate reporting.
