The area where they found him is all low income, lilrussia, lilmexico, it's all the same over there. Very sad, it's a very poor run down area of Vancouver. You can even check out the housing market, it's deprived! They found him at 5am and it's after 1 now, what is wrong with parent's these days. I know where my kids are at, there is no miscommunication with my spouse, we put a roof over our kids heads and keep them safe at night and then you have parent's who just don't care. He is extremely adorable and for the citizen who found him, you are a hero, a real hero. Who knows what would have happend if a sex offender would have found him. The area is crawling with them!

I would agree with most comments why this is not newsworthy! Unless he got caught by the other employee doing this on the job I can understand why he is...He's quiting..My first grade teacher always told me to never give up, I'm still a trying to do anything and everything but never a quiter!

This happens to be in an area where illegals don't like to go to, so most likely a local dude. And yes the river is fed by melting snow, so life jacket would have saved his life. Every year we hear about these drownings and I have yet to see where the person was wearing a life jacket!
