Please to not pass the FOCA bill! I support fully a woman's right to choose, but in the case of an unborn baby, a little baby that cannot yet speak for him or herself, I plead with you to not silence that voice either. They deserve a right to choose as well, and this act will allow for more silencing of those voices and their advocates.
