:( Oh no! I'm not sure what to tell you - when I posted this recipe it was the first time I had made it also and honestly I have not made it since so I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this. Baking it longer may have solved this problem, maybe 15 to 20 minutes more? At 60 you can see that my top layer was getting fairly brown already which is what I was going by (I didn't want it to get any darker and had I left mine in, I'm afraid it would have). You could maybe try this suggestion here: http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/396929?commentId... about someone who was trying to salvage an undercooked cheesecake - I think the process here could be similar to save the cake. Thank you for commenting though, I will amend the instructions to increase baking time if needed.

We did an 'informal' will when our daughter was born. After we moved from Canada to the United States though we went to an attorney to have one drawn up and filed just so we could be assured that our guardianship choices would be followed for our daughter if something happened to us being there would be international hoopla with it and all ;)

If you melt the chocolate chips first, and then pipe them in with a Ziploc bag, you should get the same effect. I would just combine some peanut butter and chocolate chips for the same result for that combo.

Yes, it was. It came in a pad of corked paper there were 16 sheets in in 8 different patterns with two sheets each.
