The school system has no oversight. This is and will be another example of some teacher/administrator taking this decision too far. What we have here is a system where anyone can say they saw something or make something up (yes kids do that...) in their attempt to get someone in trouble or plant something in a kid's backpack or locker...
The school system does a terrible job of investigating themselves. At least police have an internal affairs division and citizens oversight committee. To have this type of authority in the schools, teachers and administrators I would pray would get some type of official training on what is within their scope in the school. Going over example after example of possible scenerios and how they are to be handled. As far as corporal punishment goes...no way...a child gets suspended or expelled for assault of another student...A teacher is directed to strike a child as a form of punishment...Talk about screwed up. The whole school system is screwed up. They spend more time dealing with rules than they do teaching...in is impossible to remove a bad teacher from the system...

I highly doubt it- I'll bet she had a heart attack or some medical issue and this has nothing to do with hitting the ATM partially outside of her vehicle. Sad thing and prayers to her family
