I think the layout of this Tumble blog is messed up. Why is the comment field way the hell down here and why do the videos have so much headroom when they first show up? Will have to fix it one of these days. I need to eat and then go to bed. Too much to do!

Yeah, NY state passed a law last year requiring Amazon (specifically) to charge sales tax. I'm contemplating asking a friend of mine in LA to order one and have it shipped to me in exchange for me paypalling him $360 :/ Very annoying that NY state is doing this. Maybe I should get a PO box out in Jersey? :)

Ah, interesting--I think I have heard the phrase "dog's bollocks" before but not often enough to understand that it was a good thing. Guess I need to watch more UK shows (sadly, my sole source of British anything).

Bullocks was bought by Macy's and then when out of business :P (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bullock%27s ) Bollocks means "testicles" but can also mean "low quality" or "useless" in the UK (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bollocks ) Sorry, I'm usually not a spelling Nazi.

Hey, how about a post explaining where these slang terms come from? ;) Oh and actually, I think the word used to describe "talking trivially, long after your audience's interest is gone" was spelled wrong--there's a "T" at the front of it. They've got a whole website for that now. Crazy Internet. Bollocks, I say! ;)

Don't know if this will help anyone, but I've been trying to get the pre-paid SIM card from my voice-line to work on my iPhone. However, when I swapped it out for the pre-paid SIM card from my Sidekick 3, the SK3's SIM worked like a charm every time. Makes calls just fine. Can't get on the data connection, but at least I've got wifi and can call out. Now I just need to call up T-Mo, or probably go into a T-Mo store to work out what the difference is between the two SIMs. It's annoying, too, since I like my non-SK3-card's phone number better :) But again, at least it works!

I'm not upset, just annoyed and that's only because I was very careful to not update at all because you guys said not to. Then, when I saw there was a way to upgrade to 2.2 but leave the baseband alone, I did that. If upgrading the baseband is easy, then it's not a huge deal, but it's still an extra step. That said, I'll deal because, I'm a reasonable person. I definitely appreciate the work you guys have done, it's just that you guys changed things. It's not the end of the world, but it's disruptive. I just wish people weren't so childish about it when they get flustered. Fucking grow up already. I just really want to know why I'm staying up waiting for it! I live in NYC damn it!
