<description>I am most interested in the curriculum issue. Having read the curriculum agreement,I&amp;#039;d say its still going to be very difficult for a teacher to have enough freedom to teach to the needs of individual students. They have done what is classically done to slow something down: create a subcommittee.  Read that document. You&amp;#039;ll see what I mean. They have made a joke of the teacher&amp;#039;s effolrts to have freedometo teach as they see fit.   Honestly, I don&amp;#039;t see how real teachers can stand the cumbersome bureaucracy in this school district. Like one sign said,carried by a marching teacher: We are Teachers, Not Robots! </description>
