Having read the curriculum agreement,I'd say its still going to be very difficult for a teacher to have enough freedom to teach to the needs of individual students. They have done what is classically done to slow something down: create a subcommittee. Read that document. You'll see what I mean. They have made a joke of the teacher's effolrts to have freedometo teach as they see fit. Honestly, I don't see how real teachers can stand the cumbersome bureaucracy in this school district.
