Opinion is fine... but offering an opinion that is obviously not thought through?

How would allowing a law abiding Washington resident, who passed a background check, received authorization to purchase a suppressor from the local sheriff, to actually shoot that suppressor in a lawful manner have any effect on how criminals conduct themselves...?

We humans have been given the great gift of intellect. Let's use it.
