Saw this at the Drafthouse in 4k 3D. Wow. The flick itself was beautiful. I still can't get over how well Pixar can craft backgrounds and such. And story wise, yes, I cracked as well and had big salty tears rolling down my cheeks a few times.

Sounds like it could be interesting. I feel like I'm the only film geek on the planet that cheers Bay on. He knows what he's good at and he does it very well. But going for something like this, I at least applaud him for trying something that isn't his usual bag. And hopefully that means that Transformers 3 will have 5 times the fighting robots. :P
