Just to make everybody's day, let's suppose Barry is found to have been born in Kenya and is not legally our President. Does he have to be impeached and found guilty? Do the Supremes have to invalidate the election? (my guess) Or is there some other scenario to remove him from office?

I wouldn't sweat what O'Reilly or any other talk show host says about the birth certificate. A couple cases are moving forward and will either reveal the truth (whatever it is) or come to naught regardless of what O'Reilly says or believes. It has momentum now and will run to a conclusion on its own. We need to focus on defeating current legislation like healthcare (or drastically revising it) and crap & tax. Then we must throw the bums out of office in 2010 and 2012. And we also need to continue to make our legislators fear us, politically not physically.

Of all the emails I sent to Senators regarding healthcare I had 2 rejected by Senator McCaskill's site stating they were spam. On the 3rd try I left my state as Missouri rather than Texas and it apparently got through. I guess McCaskill regards communication from anyone outsie Missouri as spam or just doesn't like Texans.
