I'm not Ms. Pundit, but up there in the comments above is your answer. There is a massive "Anybody but Obama" crowd out there that the media is completely ignoring.
The media thinks Occupy counters that, but they have miscalculated.

Hell 20-30% of people are discontents.
200,000 tops would be a fair estimate of attendance at Occupy in North America.
They managed to get 3 or 4 hundred out in Toronto. A city of 4 million.
Sometimes a "star" would show up and there would be more media than occupiers.
I can read and know it was about the same in the USA.
