Maybe we should have a referendum on whether blacks should ride in the back of the bus. Or maybe one to ban evangelical christian churches. OH WOOPS! those are protected by our constitution. Just like gay marriage. WASTE of taxpayer money to have an election that is going to be struck down by the supreme court.

Good move city council! Sick of the noise and pollution fireworks causes. Most military veterans hate the fireworks due to PTSD. The fireworks are loaded with heavy metals such as barium that ends up in the groundwater. Fireworks are a public nuisance. Thats why they have been banned in most cities in the USA. You can't vote on the definition of a pubic nuisance. A public nuisance is a public nuisance. Bye bye fireworks.
