To be clear, the premise of the story is that the nation honors MOH recipients for life. The premise of the blog is earned benefits of service. I do not believe you will find anything on the blog which supports service or sacrifice for the sake of benefits.

Catchment area requirement was reset in October and forced them to go with TRICARE Standard.

I recommend that you contact TRICARE to get those answers. The NDAA does not include any details about administrating TRICARE.

It does not mention TRICARE for Life. The Bill does ensure no "new" TRICARE premium changes - meaning the previously scheduled increases apply,but no new hikes are planned.

No. The cost of the tuition is not the determining factor for using up your benefits. You get 36 months of benefits.

Try digging a little deeper. This waiver is for those living within 100 miles of a Military Treatment Facility PCM. http://www.triwest.com/en/beneficiary/tricare-ben... For the over 100K of us living outside the 100 Mile radius, the Prime rollback is more than a scare tactic.
