It doesn't take a rational-thinking person more than .75 seconds to monitor and censor their own words before they come dribbling out of their mouth. And, one would think that a person in public office would know that, and understand that, and practice that relatively effortless little piece of self-restraint. One step further... one would think that a person holding the highest office on the planet would be particularly astute in that regard. So... what's the explanation for Obama's stupid words?
