<description>I agree that there should be stringent testing by the FDA before a drug is approved; however, I also believe that there are many drugs not made available to people that need them because the FDA wants to eliminate all risk before approving a drug. As a stage 4 cancer fighter, I am willing to try experimental drugs because I am running out of options.  Drugs should be made available, so long as we fully understand we are taking on the risks also.   </description>
