The City does a lot for blacks and mexicans. It names streets after them. It appoints them into high city hall offices without any qualifications or talents or work histories where they can steal, lie and cheat from the taxpayers - so long as their dead mother was a big honcho, or would that be honcha. They get preferential hiring and promotion. They get the mayor to go on street marches when their feelings are hurt because one of them got shot down. For any reason. They have a nice situation. Oh, and they know how to tell everyone how put upon they are and how no one cares about their feelings.

Teaching children is hopeless if the parents aren't involved. You can throw all the money in the world at the schoolteachers and get nowhere if the parents are absent, self-absorbed or mindless. There are devoted schoolteachers (generally the new ones who are fresh from college and idealistic) and there are schoolteachers just waiting for their retirements. Naturally they hide behind the children when they want higher salaries and benefits saying "It's for the children," but they know who it's far.

Schoolteachers and other public employees are bankrupting every State in the country. Their unreasonable health benefits and retirements are unsustainable. The only thing they do excellently is organize and buy politicians. It's all "for the children" of course. These unions must be broken if we are to survive.
