An uneducated tirate like this plain doesn't make sense. I dislike taxes as much as the next person, but to not have a fire/ems service is just stupid. Also, to say that a private for profit company would want to bid on a community that isn't willing to pay minimal taxes to a public, not for profit entity doesn't seem logical either. Better get use to no seeing an ambulance of medic unit for 45 minutes... Better yet, guess I better just move to Port Orchard or Gig Harbor to feel safe. Thanks a lot Mr. Yanity...

Yeah, and we should get rid of those pesky beaches near the water too...
