No, Ramakanth, anyone can get it. But the thing here is that they changed the rules. First you have to create a free photobucket account. Then add a photo album to the above given link, that I mentioned first. With that a pro account will be activated.

I too faced a similar problem mate! After resetting my computer sometimes I got an error like license key is not installed. You too are facing such a problem, though not the exact one. What I did is, whenever KAV forced me to enter a license key, I just closed that dialog box (KAV protection will be turned off until you logoff that session). Next time KAV will be as normal as ever. So, this type of problem is a temporary one and don´t try to insert key again and again.
