Bonney Lake was wrong to hire him and they are wrong to stand behind him. He has done these things in the past and cannot control himself enough to see that type of behavior is stopped. He has serious anger issues. In our case, we hope to prove that this situation was underserved, violent on the officers part, and that it must not happen again to others.

In reading other comments posted here, I felt that it was important to give insight into Officer Kellar by someone who has had previous experience with him and his behavior. I see that people are pointing to Bobbitt and his record and somewhat justifying the officers behavior because of it. But, e recently arrested someone in my family very dear to me. This person has been an exemplemary citizen. Never had any type of trouble in their life. In fact, quite the opposite. They are currently trying to remove these same charges that Officer Kellar, with no provocation charged them with as well. Officer Kellar and others beat them. Of course, a person could say "they must have been doing something that deserved this behavior". I can do nothing but assure you that this is far from the case. This officer is a troubled person. He was in a rage that came on with no provocation and was instantaneous. To see it happen is very different than to hear of it happening.
