<description>Start over again, restore to the No_bb 511 you&amp;#039;ve made..Use sim to activate, then jailbreak again.If you are using 9b206 use redsnow to jailbreak. if using 9b208 use snowbreeze to make a custom 5.1.1 9b208 ipsw, restore to that snowbreeze custom firmware. </description>

However in your situation, the best plan of actions is to lower your baseband to 05.13, this will give you full features usage of your 3gs. At 06.15 you will not have GPS for your phone. <description>DHLizard is right, you have hardware damage. The water damaged your camera, and is causing a short in the LED flash. No restore or software will fix this. Your sollution, replace the camera....I had the exact same problem, with LED flash beeing dim and cant shut off. </description>
