Breitbart.com : US lawmakers to vote on curbing Libya operations

Is it too much to ask for the journalist to specify the bill number? There are MANY bills in the US House of Representatives concerning Libya right now. Some seek to support the "hostilities", some seek immediate withdrawal, and still others are somewhere in between. There are multiple bills to modify the War Powers Act too. Which bill will Speaker Boehner bring to the floor tomorrow? Is this bill even recorded yet? If it is a matter of public record, why not include a link or even the full text of the bill?
