With the exception of #2, this is good. I believe that all citizens have the right to practice the religion of their choice, or none at all. By indicating God as a "he", you are eliminating a voting & tax paying population in our country who may not see god as a "He" or their only god. When your YouTube video showed people praying after 9/11, how do you know who they were praying to? I think #2 can be worded to respect each person's individual religious beliefs without ignoring the citizens who do not believe as you do.
