I don't know what I think about that. I know I don't want the government using taxes as a weapon; a method of control. What's their money is our money, and what's our money is our money.

And by the way, I also learned that cap and trade caps the resources for a good purpose. It's to prevent polution from getting too out of control. Say companies can only polute at a level of 10. They can use 10 polution credits. So, they use 8. The cap is the limit of 10. The trade comes in by selling the leftover polution credits to other companies.

Today, from what I understand, things are just getting out of control. From what I understand, the cap is a good thing, but it's only bad when it's abused.

Ok, ok, but in history... we'd need like, at least a third of the country in favor of this party. Throughout history, nothing has even come close. It's pretty unlikely that it will happen. But what I'm thinking that would be more likely to happen: someone will arise out of this concept, will run with the right qualities, and will run for one of the already existing parties. It seems to me that it would be much easier to change the party, as opposed to getting a whole new party up and going anyway. Besides, if there rises a new party, the other two parties will most likely change to suit the needs/wants of the people (the need to keep their jobs after all; and of course, they want to win).

Then again, mom, I know that it's so truly difficult to fight for a country who doesn't have your back. BUT, let's also remember the true motivation of why we do the right thing. I salute my heros, and I say God bless my brother and all my friends who are joining the millitary for their brave reasons.

Ya, I've seen that animal sh** in my college psychology book. It's very true. However, speaking as a Roman Catholic, humans are different in the very way that they are different from animals.

That's exactly what I think. As a Roman Catholic, I think that they need to stick with civil unions because "marriage" is MY term.
If they want rights, they need to reform civil unions. Plus, I think they'd have a whole lot more success if they did.
