You must of been from a different time or service because when I was in the USMC in the 60s we did not have a round in the chamber.

I would rather risk not being able to make a shot then kill someone by being careless. I respect your view but I will not carry a firearm with a round in the chamber.

I have two hands. I also never chamber my 9mm because it is worth a extra second or two for the safety.

No need to cary a round in the chamber when it is so easy to pull the slide back and you are good to go. I was a MP and we carried 45s without a loaded chamber every day and the 45 was a much safer firearm then a Glock.

Oregon has fare prices and they like your money. If Washington would look at the price of the border states charge people would not buy from them and would not lose the tax money. Oregon had had a big increase in sales at our expense.

True but the safe secures the gun from most everyone, The former police chief of Seattle lost his because he had it in glove box.
