Well - Our President states that he was "unaware" of the Tea Partys. I believe it may be time to make him aware. A convergence on Washington in a big way is definately in order. Could those here with information on any upcoming rallies in Washington,DC please respond. I feel the movement should be sooner than later to take advantage of the momentum.

Columbia, SC Tea Party - A Total Success - 5000 strong Not too bad for 12:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. The crowd was incredible. Only a handful of dissenters which allowed for a touch of comic relief. Jim DeMint and Mark Sanford were the Keynotes and to their credit, politics were never mentioned. Just Freedom, Liberty, Fiscal Responsibility, Taxes and the Constitution. These Tea Parties are a great beginning. Paraphrasing the immortal words of John Paul Jones " We have not yet begun to fight" GREAT JOB 912ers

You should answer your own questions. That would be the more prudent way to spark debate on representation. 1. The most honorable man that I can think of at this time is Senator Jim DeMint from South Carolina. I can find nothing in his history that would be at odds with 9-12 . He is a Republican but has the fortitude to stand up to his colleagues on BOTH sides of the aisle and tell them they are wrong. He does it with respect and complete resolve. He would restore many things now lacking in the White House. 2. Who Cares - not me 3. Get involved in your precinct and be a voice - attend your county party conventions and decide these important local and state elections from an informed position. 4. Ask Glenn - We are not waiting 8 years - Evidence of the counter-offensive on a National level begins tomorrow.

Obama did nothing more than a 9th Grade ROTC student could have done. He simply signed a paper allowing the Navy to do their job( Twice, because the first draft was erroneous) I'm afraid the expectations we have of him are so low that if he ate 3 tacos and didn't pass gas, it would be a major accomplishment for him and he would be lauded for it in the MSM. This man is a menace and means the armed forces great ill. Give this man no credit as he has accomplished nothing to further the cause of Freedom.

Nice Try - I'm bringing signs to pass out to others. I don't give a crap what the MSM does. The MSM belongs to the left. Live with it and ignore them. Many here do get out on the streets during the course of the day. many of us are busy organizing our individual precincts and spreading the word of sites such as this and telling people about the upcoming Tea Parties. Agreed in principle. But if wishes were horses, beggars would ride. Don't count on the MSM for help, they are vested in leftist ideology. Although, I believe our local media teams will cover these events more fairly and accurately. We must disconnect the Politicians from the media.
