I am missing the particular point of this investigative report. I listened to the 9-1-1 call and the man calling for help was speaking english. I don't understand why the reporter thinks the dispatcher should have contacted a language translator to get help for these people. It sounded like the dispatcher had no problem understanding what the man was saying.
