Pinkie Pie would be great leader. No one would understand what they were doing, but somehow it would always work out fine. Applejack is too stubborn and set in her ways to make a good leader. Good leaders can take data and come to new conclusions. Applejack has generally shown the opposite approach. Probably one of the reasons she's my least favorite.

All we need is a way to travel between universes. Then find a way to make any fictional universe it's own pocket universe. Then aim the machine at the right pocket universe, and boom! No more universes! Wait, no that's not right...
