I don't know about you but I want 911 dispatchers to respond appropriately because sometimes it will change the outcome. He was reprimanded for a reason. Acting like poor behavior on the dispatchers part is acceptable makes you part of the problem. If the guy can't handle it, he shouldn't be doing the job. As it stands, he did prevented help from arriving timely in the situation, and it doesn't matter that in this case it didn't make a difference(we theorize.)
