According to the article they can't find a gun. Now what?
And from what the article says, what if the person they shot was actually the home owner in a daze or deaf for that matter and was woke up by all the vibrations from someone attempting to get into his home, grabbed his gun for protection and headed out side when confronted with officers? Sure shoot now and question later? No one knows anything for sure. Good to have a criminal dead? As long as it's not your son or daughter right?
What I think is really wonderful is the fact that there is someone who is so intuned to their child that the coughing woke them up. Who knows the smoke dectector may have not gone off as of yet, or the batteries could have died.
Then it would be best for a non-smoker to not apply for a job in a smoking establishment!
The public is becoming racists towards smokers... I truley feel for them.
I don't like the perfume you were or the way you eat in public, can I ban you from going into a club that allows that?
What about Alcohol drinkers? I can't stand the stuff? But can I get pregidice towards it and others, because it is known to cause liver diases and alcohol kills more people second hand then smokers... DUI's! yet it isn't banned... they still adverisite it on TV...!! Yes, your Drinking can cause death by drinking and driving....
I agree that something needs to be done about state laws and being able to get help for those who need it. However, during school age for a child in middle school to have a hit list? Lets get real and honest, how many children have been picking on and bulling the child in question? And now all those parents say oh no not my child. Has anyone one every been bullied, called names and made to feel so ashamed they hide in a corner? Does anyone know how angry that could make a person, child? Exspecially when the child tells an adult and no one listens or you have striaght A students saying no I didn't, and of course they adults will believe the A student and not the student who is having troubles. Has any one even asked the student in question why or really listened? And the parents of the seven, have you asked your child why they would even be on that list?
