If the report card is good them keep them another year. It's also a good way of disciplining ourselves to pay attention to what they are accomplishing and not accomplishing. But I also believe there is a line no on should cross and that is pitying people who do break our immigration laws, will eventually harm our families, take our jobs, put a burden on medical and other priveliges we have as Americans, break more of our laws and tear our countries solid foundations down, e.i our constitution.
