Indeed, I have watched this in both US and Europe for decades, its a complete scam. Excellent point LibertyWriter, I have watched liberal media for decades, both in America and Europe. Through selective focus, they can restore their preferred reality, just as they wish. When Pakistanis attacked Mumbai, CNN invited (J. Mann) the notorious Bush hater Deepak Chopra, who could blame it all on Bush (out of office), with a perfect line of "arguments." Then Mann "plays the devil’s advocate," but kind of succumb to the powerful arguments of their chosen guest (cherry picked). I am an engineer, and if I see a colleague do bad work I say so, it’s a danger. Not "journalists," there is no professional policing, nor any shame on behalf of their profession, they are as politicans prostitutes. I guess "journalists" found out as students that this is the way, they can be into politics, and not have to run for election.

Indeed Disturbingly.... I can subscribe to all that. A weak America and an America in economic trouble, is bad for the entire world. Anti Americanism is often a fashion, but when they have problems, they all expect America to solve them, around the world. This falsehood has always made me quite cynical. I feel a deep love and respect for you men and women in uniform that have rescued Europe from despotism over and over again. Then Ronald Reagan with his guts, came over here and said: Bring down this wall and the wall came down, while our appeasers were scared to death. Over the years my Christian faith has become stronger, and the focus of my life, and I always pray for America, and the free world. My hope now is that regular Americans through the Tea Party become permanently active, and force politicians in both parties to bring back all those value that made you strong. If not take them out in the primaries. If the Tea Party stays decentralized, not a third party, with a central structure, it should not be corrupted as the other parties. Then say goodbye to socialism forever, because it breaks peoples back and dignity, which Europe has showed the world, and creative people dry up. Then become a great success again, and the world has to follow. Among my favorite Americans, could be a country western lady/ singer, with success, due to her talent, who came from some small town, who praise the lord for her success and good fortune, is full of joy, generosity and vote conservative, which mean standing up for the greatness of the individual, which socialists hate. I am sure you can think of several such ladies, and of course I love that music and every other genre of American music, especially the early jazz from the south, that migrated north. I grew up in a small industrial town in Norway (6000), and the movie theatre was my temple, without American cinema there was not be much, I did not miss one feature. Thus your culture became mine.
