The family would cross the border, get an free annual checkup, then do some sight seeing and boogie back to Mexico. The people of Houston got screwed on the hospital bill and exposed to the more dangerous flu that is rampant in Mexico. If the border was secure, we would not be having this conversation. Barrack is more concerned with future votes from an illegal base than protecting the American people.
